Ferndale Baptist Church is focused on maintaining an environment of worship while proclaiming God's word clearly and applying it constantly. We truly see ourselves as a FAMILY of believers. We are small so we have the ability to truly get to know each other. You will find simple services with acoustic guitar led hymns and worship songs. We cater to both young and old in our music selection.
Our congregation worships as families, so we do not have children's church nor a staffed nursery. We do have a private room that parents can take advantage of when needed or desired.
If you are looking for a gathering of believers who take the Bible and their walks with God seriously, and who look for opportunities to love their fellow believers, you might want to visit us.
Our theology would best be characterized as Sovereign Grace teaching. But ultimately, we try our best to go where scripture takes us. We normally quote from the NKJV Bible, but often refer to others, especially the ESV. The worship time normally lasts about an hour. You may find, though, that we often linger much longer after the service to catch up with each other.
